Cameron Goldie
coach with expertise in anger management

Founder of the European Anger and Stress Management Institute (EASMI).

Cameron Goldie first came across anger management more than fifteen years ago in his home country of the United Kingdom. He was looking for a way to bring harmony into the home and chose to study at theBritish Association of Anger Management (BAAM). This moment was a turning point in his life, revealing a completely new way of seeing the world

“More than 15 years ago, I found myself in a very difficult life situation and in that moment I learned to understand my anger; this happened in my home country, the UK. Wanting to find a way to live and be in harmony with myself and my family, I attended BAAM

It was enlightening and transformed my life, it allowed me to acquire a new outlook, a completely different perspective to see the world and experience every situation so that anger became an ally and no longer an enemy to fight.

Since then I have continued to study Anger Management techniques and methods to keep evolving, and as I went on I realised that all of this had an impact on my professional life as well. In 2005 I started a path of personal awareness.

Since 2007 I have worked as a coach specialising in anger management in the corporate and private sectors as well as directing a team of around 150 people in the world of tourism.

In recent years I have realised how many situations, people and colleagues are a slave to their anger and how many consequent problems were related to the lack of anger management, and how much needless suffering there is as a result.

I understood that it was time to bring what I had learned in the UK to Italy. I am grateful for the experiences, professionalism and effectiveness of the trainers I met at BAAM. I also had the opportunity and the honor of working alongside Mike Fisher, the founder of BAAM and later of the Anger Academy where I furthered my studies.”
